UPDATE: FRED HAS NOW BEEN FOUND according to his granddaughter-in-law.
The family of an 84-year-old man are "very worried" as he has gone missing from hospital.
Fred Jary went missing from Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich at around 8pm last night, according to his granddaughter-in-law.
Danielle Wells-Gaston said that the family are "very worried about him".
He has not been seen since he left the hospital.
Fred was wearing a blue jumper with stripes and light green trousers.
Police have warned he might appear "confused or disorientated".
The public is encouraged to call 101 using ref CAD 7411/27 Sept if he is seen.
