Currently inside the units is Pizza Hot 4 You which does what it says on the tin and Ruchita Tandoori, an 'authentic' Indian takeaway which describes its "range of Indian cuisine as almost endless."
Lai Loi Street Kitchen promises an authentic Vietnamese experience, and finally a store named C H S Building & Engineering.
The block also comes with two two-bed flats, one let on a shorthold tenancy whilst the other is wrapped in a commercial lease.
Local estate agents Acorn say the entire property is fully let and currently produces £69,500 per annum.
They describe the block as "a rare opportunity to acquire an unbroken freehold mixed-use block which is fully let, and offers buyers the opportunity to add further value.
"The subject property comprises four commercial units all fully let to A5 takeaway tenants; undoubtedly the most sought-after commercial use in London.

The New Eltham block of shop and takeaways almost saw another two stories built on top of it after plans were offered for more flats to be built, but the plans were rejected.
