A freight train derailment at Lee station has entirely shut the Sidcup line, causing disruption to commuters across south east London.
Services that would normally run via Sidcup are being diverted or cancelled, Southeastern said.
The disruption is expected to affect services until the end of the day.
The Bexleyheath line is expected to be busy, and routes into London from Orpington and Dartford are likely to be disrupted, due to crew and stock displacement.

Due to the position of the derailment at #Lee and additional staff needed. Disruption is now expected to affect services until the end of the day, Monday 13 Sept.
Train service information will be updated during the morning for the evening (7)
Buses are accepting Southeastern passenger between Dartford and London and Underground are accepting passengers on reasonable routes.
Ticket acceptance is also in place on the services between Dartford and Blackfriars.
Southeastern said it is unable to operate a shuttle service between Dartford and Sidcup due to staff displacement.
