Police are concerned for the welfare of a man missing from a mental health facility who is believed to be travelling on south east London buses.

Taiwo Osinnowo absconded from the grounds in Tooting on August 1, and is without the medication he requires. 

He is believed to be travelling on buses and has already been in New Cross, Deptford, Erith, Elephant and Castle and Peckham.

He is described as 6ft 1in tall, heavy build, with short greying hair and a scar on his left hand.

He was last seen wearing black jeans, black suede shoes, a grey jumper and a black and blue top.
