A GROUP of business students brought a touch of glamour to their college when they staged a fashion show.
Models wearing this season's must-have items strutted down the catwalk at the event at Christ King Sixth Form College, Belmont Grove, Lewisham.
The fashion show was organised by around 40 students as part of their BTEC course and raised around £800 for charity Save Children in Africa in Need.
One of the organisers, 17-year-old Theo Bonner, of Overhill Road, Forest Hill, says they contacted high street retailers including Burtons, Blue Inc and River Island, who lent them a selection of clothes.
He said: "We had different themes, such as casual wear, office, clubbing and evening."
Students modelled the garments at two shows which were attended by around 550 people in total.
The cash raised will be used to buy items for schools in Nigeria.
