A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the shooting of black equal rights activist Sasha Johnson.
The Metropolitan Police said the man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder in Kent in the early hours of Wednesday, June 16.
He was arrested at a residential address in Kent, and has been taken to a police station where he remain in custody.
Sasha was shot on Consort Road in Southwark in the early hours of Sunday, 23 May, leaving her fighting for her life.
So far two men have been charged over the shooting, and another four are on bail until late June.
Mother-of-two Ms Johnson remains in a critical condition in hospital.
