AN ORGANISATION which provides and finances community projects and activities in Thamesmead is looking for a resident to join its board of trustees.
And an election for the vacancy on the Trust Thamesmead board will be held on January 15.
It is inviting nominations, and anyone who lives in Thamesmead is eligible.
People have to be nominated by at least 10 other Thamesmead residents.
Nominations opened at 9am today and close at noon on January 11.
Forms are available from Helen Webb at Trust Thamesmead's offices in Joyce Dawson Way, Thamesmead, or by calling 020 8320 4479.
Voting will take place at the trust's offices on January 15 from 10am until 7pm.
