YOUNGSTERS enjoyed putting on a fashion show featuring recycled outfits.
Children created weird and wonderful costumes using recyclable materials and paraded them in front of an audience of around 100 people.
The event was organised by Greenwich Home Start, a charity which supports families in the borough who have children under five, teen group Youth Fashion Dreamz and other charities.
Those taking part in the event at the Brookhill Childrens Centre, Brookhill Road, Woolwich, were aged from four to 13 and were mainly from families helped by Home Start.
Home Start assistant Elaine Alderton said: "We held three workshops before the final event.
"The children just ran away with their own ideas."
