A woman and young child were taken to hospital this afternoon after their car flipped over during a collision on Catford Bridge.
Emergency services were called to the bridge, on Catford Road, at around 1.20pm this afternoon (May 31).
A subsequent police statement confirmed nobody is thought to have been seriously injured, though a woman and child were taken to hospital as a precaution.
A statement from Met Police read: "Police were called at 1.19pm on Monday, May 31 to Catford Bridge SE6, following reports of a road traffic collision involving two cars, one of which overturned.
"Officers attended with the LAS.
"The occupants of the overturned vehicle - a woman in her 30s and a five-year-old boy - were taken to hospital as a precaution. They are not believed to be seriously injured.
"No arrests were made."
