A pensioner has been charged with murder after a 43-year-old man was seemingly shot dead in Dartford on Tuesday (May 11).
Armed police were called to a private address in Dartford Road, shortly after noon following reports of a disturbance.
Police found 43-year-old Robert Williamson, from Northfleet, dead at the scene.
A further statement said he was found to have injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
David Hucker was arrested on the same afternoon and has now been charged with murder.
The 69-year-old man, of Dartford Road, Dartford, was held in custody pending a court appearance this afternoon.
Police said Mr Hucker and the deceased were known to each other.
