The London Fire Brigade have come to the rescue of two women after they became stranded in the muddy water's edge of the River Thames.
The pair become stuck in the mud in Greenwich earlier today (April 30).
Greenwich LFB and Lambeth LFB came to the rescue, using a boat and two platforms to reach the stranded women and transport them to surer ground.
The local fire brigade tweeted out what had happened as part of their Be Water Aware week, calling it a "timely reminder to take care near the water's edge."
