A joint police operation which saw officers stopping and searching cars in Abbey Wood has resulted in four traffic reports, three fines and three cars being seized.
Officers even arrested one person after offensive weapons and a drugs were located during the search.
The ANPR operation, meaning number plate technology was used to identify and target suspect vehicles, was executed on Harrow Manorway on April 23.
Belvedere Police were joined by MPS Erith, MPS North Heath and MPS Thamesmead East and Moorings, stopping and searching vehicles in the Abbey Wood area.
Two cars were seized for having no insurance, one was seized for having no license, and were towed away by police.
Four traffic reports and three fines were also issued, alongside the arrest for offensive weapons, drugs and theft.
Further patrols took place in Belvedere's Norman Road due to continuing driving offences, and a further warning was issued by the team.
Back in February, a similar crackdown in Bexley say four penalty notices and one vehicle seizure over the illegal disposal of waste.
Officers pulled over vehicles to check their permits and authorisation, with the operation led by the Environmental Agency and assisted by Bexley Council and Met Police.
