RAIL passengers are being warned to expect delays or cancellations after an object got caught in overhead wiring.
c2c says all services are affected by the issue, which has happened near to Rainham.
Disruption is expected to last until at least midday.
Three services between London Fenchurch Street and Grays have already been cancelled as a result of the problem.
No services from Southend have been affected so far, despite the warning about the entire network facing disruption.
