A PRIMARY school has shown off its impressive latest investments having saved up for two years.
All Saints’ Primary School, in Main Road, Dovercourt, have shared images of the exciting new equipment available for students.
The school’s headteacher, Samantha Moseley, explained how the school saved money over the past two years, as well as receiving money from Chelmsford Diocese.
She said: “The money means we have been able to develop our outdoor area.
“This includes an exciting, new outdoor gym; a prayer garden where children can go to reflect; a bespoke fire pit to enhance their forest schools provision, and a brand-new outdoor classroom to provide further opportunities for learning outside.
“Due to Covid restrictions this could not be a whole school opening.
“Instead, Elliot Coombs and Miley Day, the school’s head boy and head girl, produced a short film introducing the new area to pupils.
“It should, weather permitting, be open on Monday.”
