VITOR DAVI ELOI DE DEUS
Aged 26, of Lewis Road, Sidcup, admitted driving under the influence of drugs while on a Yamaha moped in Walworth Road, south London, in September 2020. He was found with 5.3mg of THC (cannabis) in his blood, exceeding the limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £120, £34 surcharge, £85 costs. 12-month driving ban.
SHKELZEN LASHI
Aged 35, of Green Lanes, Hornsey, admitted driving under the influence of drugs while driving a Hyundai i30 in Enfield in June 2020. He was found with more than 200 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine in his system, per litre of blood. Fined £250, £50 surcharge, £85 costs. 2-year driving ban.
CHE ISSACS NEVILLE
Aged 21, of Colfe Road, Forest Hill, admitted driving under the influence of drugs while driving a Nissan Micra in Brownhill Road, Catford, in October 2020. He was found with 4.4µg of THC (cannabis) in his blood, exceeding the limit. Fined £120. 12-month driving ban.
PABLO GRASSO
Aged 32, of Meadfield Road, Slough, admitted drink driving in a Vauxhall Corsa in Blenheim Gardens, Brixton, in February 2021. He was found with 87 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit. Remanded on unconditional bail pending a pre-sentencing report.
JUAN PABLO GERARDO PEREZ
Aged 29, of Elmington Road, Southwark, admitted drink driving on a moped in Norwood Road, south London, in February 2021. He was found with 45 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit. Fined £120, £34 surcharge, £40 costs. 12-month driving ban with the provision for a 13-week reduction if by October 13, 2021, he has completed a course approved by the secretary of state.
AMON EDWARDS-WILLIAMSON
Age 35, of Kenworth Close, Waltham Cross, admitted drink driving in a Mercedes CLC in Rotherhithe New Road, Southwark, in December 2020. He was found with THC (cannabis) in his system, above the specified limit. Fined £120, £34 surcharge, £85 costs. 3-year driving ban.
MATTHEW WOODLEY
Aged 30, of Duke of Edinburgh Road, Sutton, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Astra in Wrythe Lane, Carshalton, in February 2021. He was found with 82 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit. Fined £90, £34 surcharge, £85 costs. 17-month driving ban with the provision for a 17-week reduction if by February 18, 2022, he has completed a course approved by the secretary of state.
STEPHANIE HARRINGTON
Aged 27, of Curtis Field Road, Lambeth, admitted drink driving a Honda Jazz in Valley Road, Streatham, in February 2021. She was found with 81 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit. Fined £240, £34 surcharge, £85 costs. 20-month driving ban with the provision for a 20-week reduction if by April 28, 2022, she has completed a course approved by the secretary of state.
LIAM PINCHAM
Aged 22, of Mill Lane, Carshalton, found guilty of driving under the influence of drugs while in a Vauxhall Insignia in Deer Park Gardens, Morden, in May 2020. He was found with more than 200 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine in his system, per litre of blood. To do 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, £90 surcharge, £750 costs. 16-month driving ban.
