Police have released CCTV shots of a suspect after he allegedly threatened to stab someone on board a bus in Bexley.
A 17-year-old male was travelling on the upper deck of a bus when he was confronted by the man pictured, who then threatened to stab him before making off with a quantity of cash.
The incident happened in the Broadway Area of Bexley at around 6pm on August 28, 2020, on board a route 89 bus.
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating, and have now released a CCTV image along with an appeal to identify him.
According to police, the male victim was travelling on the upper deck of the route 89 bus when the suspect confronted him and threatened to stab him.
The 17-year-old handed over some cash before the suspect got off the bus at Ruskin Drive.
Detectives have carried out a number of enquiries to trace the man, and have now released a CCTV image in the hope that someone will come forward and identify him.
