Officers have swarmed a flat on the Greenwich Peninsula and arrested a man after executing a drugs warrant.
Met Police have released a video of the dramatic drugs raid, and an investigation is ongoing into the supply of drugs.
The raid was executed by officers from Greenwich MPS, Peninsula Police and MPS Greenwich West at an unknown location on the Peninsula, in south east London.
In the video, a police officer can be seen smashing down the flat door before a stream of officers flood the flat.
Photos also show the flat's door badly damaged, a knife seized by officers inside the flat and a significant quantity of drugs also seized.
Police sergeant O'Hara, of the Met Police Greenwich Peninsular's squad and Safer Neighbours team, can also be seen in the video stating that the raid has been successful.
He states that the police team just executed a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant on the ward, and that a man has been arrested on suspicion of the possession of drugs with the intent to supply.
Peninsula Police later gave an update on the drugs raid on their Twitter account, stating that the "individual in question has been interviewed and the investigation is ongoing."
"Drugs are not safe and can have negative impacts on people’s lives. Stay clear of them & stay safe!"
