Police seized more than 400 cannabis plants after raiding a growing operation in Penge.
Officers smashed their way into the Warwick Road residential property on Friday afternoon.
An extensive growing operation was discovered inside, as officers seized a total of 454 cannabis plants.
One man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.
