A man and woman have been charged after a revolver and stash of cocaine were seized from a residential address in Downham.
Officers executed a warrant shortly before 7pm Tueday on Camlan Road, seeking a firearm.
During their search, a quantity of cocaine was discovered under floorboards beneath the stairs and a revolver concealed in a metal storage container in the garden.
Jayne McIntosh, 37, of Camlan Road, was charged on Wednesday with possession with intent to supply a Class A drug (cocaine).
She appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court the same day and was bailed to appear at Croydon Crown Court on Wednesday, 3 March.
Jonathan Lacey, 37, of Mercater Road, Lewisham was arrested and charged on Wednesday, with possession with intent to supply a Class A drug (cocaine) and possession of a firearm.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.
A 40-year-old man who was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and possession of a firearm has been released under investigation.
