Four men have been charged with robbery after they stormed a flat in Dartford with an imitation firearm.

The four men, all in their early twenties, assaulted a man inside the property with a weapon and then stole 'a large quantity of cash' along with a box of cigarettes.

The incident happened last Friday, on January 29, 2021, inside a flat in Spital Street, north Kent, at around midnight.

The group of men were alleged to have broken into the flat, assaulted the man, and made off with the money and stolen property.

As part of the investigation the following four men have been charged with one count each of robbery and one count each of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

• Arkan Saber, 20, of Westminster Road, North London.

• Mahmood Abubakr, 23, of Oakfield Gardens, North London.

• Dogan Yarligac, 23, of no fixed address.

• Farman Fattah, 22, of Church Street, Greater London.

All four men appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on 1 February where they were remanded to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on 1 March.
