A teenage girl has been taken to hospital after she was found on top of a building in Plumstead on Monday.
Met Police say they were called to Burrage Road, SE18, to deal with a report of concern for the welfare of a teenage girl.
The London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service also attended the incident.
The girl was found on top of a building at around 12pm on November 2.
Police officers engaged with the girl, and she was taken to hospital.
Residents reported seeing a large number of emergency services, with the road closed off with police tape.
The Met added that road closures were in place throughout Monday, but were cleared later that day.
