Police boxed in a suspicious car at an Orpington petrol station, discovering a substantial stash of drugs inside.
A check run on the vehicle's number plate at around 8am showed it was a clone as it passed through the area.
Officers stopped the car at a petrol station on Sevenoaks Road, arresting a 25-year-old male from Canterbury and a 38-year-old from Orpington in connection with the supply of drugs, driving offences and theft of a motor vehicle.
They remain in custody.
