A man was Tasered by police after he allegedly held an axe when they knocked on his door in Lewisham.
Police attended an address on Lewisham Way at around 11.45am this morning to execute an arrest warrant for assault and breach of a court order.
When officers knocked on the door, a man inside allegedly took hold of an axe.

Armed officers were called along with specialist riot police, together providing a heavy presence along the road, which was taped off.
A Taser was eventually deployed and the man detained. He was arrested on suspicion of assault offences and breach of a court order.
He remains in custody.
