Around 140 staff members were forced to evacuate on Tuesday after a fire at Bexley Council's offices.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a blaze on Watling Street in Bexleyheath on October 6.
The building affected was Bexley Civic Offices, which houses Bexley Council's main reception among other services.
The London Fire Brigade said around 140 members of staff evacuated before they arrived, and there were no reports of any injuries.
Part of a store room on the second floor was alight, and was damaged in the fire, but three hours after the call went out, LFB had it under control.
'The Brigade was called at 1019 and the fire was under control by 1136. Fire crews from Bexley, Erith and Plumstead fire stations were at the scene.'
The cause of the fire has been recorded as undetermined.
