A MAN accused of possessing a class A drug is due to appear at a crown court.
Michael Patrick Kinsella is alleged to have had cocaine with intent to supply it in Windermere on June 9 2019.
The defendant, whose address was given as Hotel Imperial in Barrow, appeared before the bench at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
The 45-year-old’s case was to Carlisle Crown Court.
He has been scheduled to appear there for a hearing on September 4.
