Pubs are back serving pints to eager customers across the country, much to the relief of some, but a number of boozers are currently in a very different market, and are listed for sale.

Just a handful of establishments across south east London are currently listed for sale on Rightmove though, available to purchase for varying costs right this very moment.

1. The Slade, Plumstead

2. Walpole

About: The Walpole in New Cross is located in "prime position" close to two train stations and Goldsmiths University. The pub comes with a well-equipped kitchen, and is held on a free-of-tie lease.

About: The Park is located in the leafy suburbs of West Norwood, directly overlooking Norwood Park. Locals will know the pub is surrounded by residential houses and a number of primary and secondary schools. Rightmove says it has a good-sized trade garden at its rear, and benefits from a large function room on the first floor. The pub is around 5,750 sq ft and sits on a plot of land of around 0.06 acres."Excellent commuter and travel facilities with direct links into London Bridge and London Victoria in under 25 minutes."

4. The Pickwick Pub

About: Part of the Pickwick is currently awaiting demolition, but the pub still finds itself listed on the market.The public house is a three storey building with a large ground floor extension at the rear. The pub sits on the fringe of the idyllic Greenwich Peninsula, closer to Greenwich shopping park and Charlton Station.

It is served by East Dulwich train station, and is next door to Goose Green within an affluent residential area which has undergone gentrification in recent years.
