A man has been arrested after a series of offences ( Welling Police )
A man has been arrested for a series of offences after failing to stop his vehicle in Welling yesterday.
The man was caught by a police officer driving a vehicle without a licence on Westbrooke Road, on the afternoon of June 20.
The vehicle was picked up on Wickham Lane by another unit and the driver abandoned the vehicle near to East Wickham Open Space.
Officers chased the suspect before making an arrest.
The man is in custody for; driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance, possession of an offensive weapon, taking a vehicle or without consent and handling stolen goods.
