Police have released images of a male suspected of attacking a man in Longlands Park last year, dousing him in a corrosive substance.
The suspect travelled to the park in Sidcup on his bike, before patiently waiting and then attacking the victim with acid.
Bexley Police say they now wish to identify and bring in the man involved, and have released images of him riding his bike before the incident.
The incident took place on September 10, 2019, after the man pictured parked his car, a red Ford Ka with distinctive front spotlights, on Stafford Road, Sidcup, and then rode a mountain bike to Longlands Park.
The man, pictured wearing a bag, waited and assaulted his victim, dousing him in a corrosive substance.
The suspect then fled, dumping his bag and his bike, which was recovered, and then making way towards Avery Hill Road in his car.
If you recognise him or the car with unique front spotlights please call 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
