Balloons and laughing gas cannisters were seized from a vehicle stopped by police in Dartford.
Local officers were on a routine patrol on the evening of Thursday, May 14, when a car came to their attention.
The driver appeared to try leave after seeing police, however officers were able to pull the car over in St Margaret’s Road, Darenth, and commenced a search.
While searching the vehicle a number of nitrous oxide canisters were found along with balloons. A glass hammer was also found inside the car along with a large quantity of cash.
A 20-year-old man from Swanscombe and a 24-year-old man from Gravesend were both arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
They have since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
