Five ducklings have been rescued by firefighters in Swanley today (April 29) after they got themselves stuck inside a chimney.
The mother duck had made a nest inside a chimney at a house on Hawthorn Park, Swanley, and the fluffy offspring had got themselves into a bit of flap.
A firefighting crew were called to the scene at 10am this morning, and used ladders to reach the baby ducks and lift them to safety.
They were carried safely to the ground and reunited with their mother.
The family of ducks have now been passed into the care of the RSPCA, and will be relocated to a new home at a nearby lake.
