NANDO'S is reopening stores and delivering again.

After successfully serving over 10,000 meals to local charities and NHS workers in the past week, Nando’s has slowly started to reopen restaurants to the public.

Food will continue to be donated to NHS workers and local good causes, but home delivery is also back on the menu now too.

Six Nando’s restaurants will offer a delivery service via Deliveroo from today, with more hoping to open in the coming weeks.

With four situated in London and two in Manchester, the six restaurants will be offering a reduced delivery menu via Deliveroo from today.

Deliveroo is available on Apple and Android devices.

If this first phase of the re-opening is successful then more restaurants will follow suit and open back up to deliver that sweet Peri-Peri goodness to our doors again soon.

The restaurants will operate behind closed doors exclusively for delivery, and will not be offering eat in or collect service at this time.

The menu will be reduced to help the team maintain social distancing in the kitchen and food prep areas, but fear not as the majority of Nando’s favourites such as Peri-Peri chicken wings, halloumi and Peri chips will now be available to enjoy at home. YAY.

This will be the first time that Nando’s has opened its kitchens to the public since closing on March 23 following the government’s plea for everyone to Stay Home, Protect the NHS and Save Lives.

Each Nando’s restaurant has been working under Public Health England guidelines for the past week on top of their existing health and safety procedures.

Every member of the team has been washing their hands more frequently while maintaining social distance during shifts.
