Two men were stabbed after a violent fight broke out in Swanscombe High Street last night, with three people being taken to hospital including one by air ambulance.

Today, all three were discharged from hospital and immediately arrested by police on suspicion of affray.

Kent Police were called to reports of a fight on the high street at around 10:30pm on Monday, April 20.

A heavy police presence was reported as officers were joined by South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene, locating two men suffering from injuries consistent with stab wounds.

The Kent air ambulance also landed on a nearby football field and took one of the stab victims to a London hospital.

A third man was also taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries, and all three were later discharged.

Kent Police say they all currently remain in police custody whilst enquiries continue.
