Ms Adio, who works as a Nursery Assistant, left the hospital carrying an Easter egg to return to her family and baby after three weeks away.
Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust called it "brilliant news" which was largely down to the excellent work of staff at the hospital.
This comes five days after the first patient at Darent Valley Hospital to test positive for Covid-19 also left the hospital to a huge round of applause.
Biniam Kidane, a 43-year-old father and Uber driver, spent 12 days on a ventilator after becoming ill following a romantic trip to Venice with his wife.
He walked out of Darent Valley Hospital wearing a mask and supported by a cnae, waving to smiling staff clapping in their scrubs.
