A driver has been taken to hospital following a serious crash on the A2 Londonbound approaching the Dartford Crossing.
Police and ambulance services were called around 9am this morning, Tuesday March 10, following a collision involving three cars on the A2 Londonbound close to the M25 sliproad and Darenth Interchange.
Highways England are warning of delays of up to an hour, and the vehicles are being cleared to the hard shoulder with the main road still blocked.
Kent Police said one of the drivers involved in the crash had been taken to hospital by South East Coast Ambulance Service.
As of 12pm, all vehicles have been cleared and all lanes are back up and running.
