Two 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old involved in the violent robbery outside McDonald's in Welling will appear in court today, March 7, after being arrested and charged with robbery.
Police released CCTV footage of the suspects on Thursday, March 5, appearing to show two men punching a person to the ground and taking a phone.
The incident was reported outside the McDonald's store in Bellegrove Road, Welling, on February 8, but just one day after the appeal, people came forward and helped identify all three suspects.
A 15-year-old boy and two 16-year-old boys identified in the video have now been charged with robbery and remanded following the appeal.
The teenagers will appear at South East London Magistrates Court later today.
Bexley Police said: "We would like to thank the public for their fantastic support in sharing our appeal and calling us & Crimestoppers with information on the suspects."
