A consultation event is to take place to discuss design options for a re-development in Erith town centre.
As part of Erith's Regeneration Programme, residents will be able to have their say on design options for 70 Pier Road.
The redesign will include space for residential units and new office spaces in the heart of its town centre, and enhance the look of the builds which has been around since the 1960s.
The event follows the Council’s successful bid for further funding from the Mayor of London’s Good Growth Fund.
Councillor Louie French said:
“The support of the local community is essential to help Erith become a vibrant riverside town again.
“It’s important to us that we get the input of local people at an early stage and ensure the improvements benefit everyone’.
A consultation event is to be held on February 8 between 10 am to 2 pm at the public library on Erith High Street.
A second consultation event will be held on February 11 between 3 pm to 7 pm at the public library on Erith High Street.
