Police said they are "desperately searching" for a Fetcham man reported missing yesterday as they asked the public for help.
53 year-old James Thompson was last seen in public in Fetcham on Thursday morning (January 9).
"He may have driven through the Beare Green area of Dorking at around 1:45pm.
"His family have not heard from him," a spokesperson for Surrey Police said.

They offered a profile of James in the hope that someone had spotted him and could help police ensure he is safe.
"James is described as:
- White.
- 5ft 10ins tall.
- Large build.
- He has dark spikey hair and wears glasses.
- He may be driving a black Saab 9-3 with a registration ending ZVM."
In image of the black Saab car with the registration plate 'SB05 ZVM' was also circulated by police in the hopes that someone spotted the vehicle James is thought to be driving.
