A man has been charged with the murder of a young drill rapper in Deptford last month.
Elijah Morgan, 19, of no fixed address, was arrested on Thursday and charged on Sunday with the murder of Crosslom Davis and possession of an offensive weapon following an investigation by homicide detectives from Specialist Crime.
Known locally by his stage name Bis, Crosslom Davis was found unconscious on Bronze Street on December 6, suffering stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at 3.30am after attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.
Crosslom Davis was a leading member of prominent UK Drill rap group, Harlem Spartans, based in Kennington.
England Footballer Jadon Sancho was amongst those who paid tribute to the 20-year-old.
A magistrates’ court appearance has yet to be scheduled.
