A convicted robber has admitted bludgeoning a 61-year-old woman to death in her Beckenham home.
David McCorkell, 54, of Penge, pleaded guilty during a hearing at the Old Bailey to murdering Diane Dyer.
Ms Dyer died from blunt force trauma to the head after she was attacked at her home in Beckenham on July 18 2019.

The defendant had been jailed in 2002 for the robbery of a female who was beaten around the head with a baseball bat.
It is understood that he was given a life sentence for the attack and was released in 2015.
Following McCorkell's guilty plea on Monday, Judge Richard Marks QC adjourned sentencing until December 18.
The defendant was remanded into custody.
