A filth-strewn Orpington garage used as a meeting place and 'shooting gallery' for drug addicts has been ordered to close.
Crack and heroin addicts are known to regularly use in the space on Sandpiper Way, which is littered with "filth, faeces and bloody syringes."
Police gathered evidence following complaints from members of the public, presenting it to Bromley Magistrates Court, which issued a three month closure order yesterday.
Anyone entering the garage is liable to a fine or imprisonment, or both if caught.
The local owner of the garage was served with a crime prevention notice,
He will now be expected to secure the garage to prevent it being used for illicit purposes, or face prosecution themselves.
