A man has been released under investigation after a pedestrian was hit by a minibus over the weekend.
Police were called at 12.19am on Saturday, October 19 to reports of a crash in Central Road, Worcester Park.
Officers, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and found the pedestrian, aged in his 30s, suffering from head injuries.
He was taken to a west London hospital and his injuries were later assessed as being non life-threatening or life-changing.
The driver of the minibus, a 48-year-old man, was arrested in nearby The Avenue on suspicion of failing to stop.
He was taken to a west London police station and was subsequently released under investigation pending further enquiries.
