The teachers at St Mary's C of E Primary School in Swanley have all been dressing as school children to raise money.
The staff dressed in school uniform and the children were the teachers for the day.
A spokeswoman from St Mary's said: "The idea was created by one of our children who is a member of the school leadership team.
"The children had to run the Rewards Assembly that happens every Friday and had a fantastic time impersonating staff."
The Year 6 students have even been taking turns to lead lessons for their class.
Children and staff made donations of 50p for the day and all proceeds will be put towards purchasing a minibus for the school.
Headteacher, Amanda McGarrigle says "We are creating leaders of tomorrow". We all have had a brilliant day and the children are already asking if we can do this every term!"
