A Dartford teen has been named as the victim of a "senseless" fatal stabbing in Camberwell last week.

Clinton Evbota recently moved to the area, having grown up on the Brandon Estate, where he was murdered on Thursday evening.

Police found him suffering stab injuries, pronouncing him dead at the scene an hour later.

A gofundme page set up to by Naomi Ojo to cover funeral costs has since raised £2,225.

It reads: "On Thursday October 10 2019, a son, brother and friend fell victim to a brutal stabbing.

"Clinton Evbota was a pure hearted person and has never been involved in any knife crime and has never hurt anyone.

"This attack was senseless and now we have lost someone we truly love and care for.

"We ask that you donate what you can, to help us raise money for his mother and family.

"The money will cover the cost of a funeral and whatever else the family may need.

"Thank you all so much, may God bless you."

No arrests have yet been made as investigations continue.
