A Dartford plumber thinks he is “one of the luckiest men on the planet” after scooping a SECOND Porsche, less than two years after winning his first one

Tom Harvey, 28, joins an exclusive handful of players who have won twice with dream car giveaway company Best of the Best (BOTB), adding a Porsche Macan S to the Porsche 911 GTS he won on Boxing Day 2017, a prize total of £198,750.

Tom only sold his GTS on Sunday night to put down a deposit on a house, meaning he had less than 48 hours without a Porsche on his driveway before winning its 4x4 cousin.

Tom was attending a plumbing course in West Thurrock with his dad, Bill, when he was surprised by BOTB’s chief ambusher Christian Williams.

Tom said: “It was surreal to see Christian again. I just ditched the course and went to straight to Porsche in East London.

“I seriously never thought I’d win once, let alone twice, so I’m properly gobsmacked.

"In truth the timing couldn’t be better: I sold my Porsche on Sunday and posted something on Instagram saying I’d had an amazing 18 months with the car but the time was right to sell it. I said I was going to buy something nice in a year’s time and even joked that I could win BOTB again. But actually doing it is insane and I can’t get my head round it.”

Tom’s first slice of luck arrived on Boxing Day 2017 when BOTB tracked him down in the snow to hand over the keys to a gleaming Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS, worth a cool £100,000, in front of Tom’s shocked family.

He also won £20,000 cash.

Fast forward to today and this time Tom wins a Porsche Macan S, worth £48,750, plus another £20,000 in cash.

BOTB was founded by William Hindmarch in 1999 and has handed over the keys to more than £30m worth of supercars.
