Phoenix Quarter Residents' community, based in Dartford, celebrated their Indian culture this month with an energetic six-day festival.
Residents of Phoenix Quarters, in Temple Hill, honoured what’s known as the 'Ganesh Chaturthi' with hundreds in Dartford turning up to take part.
"The event was full of energy, enthusiasm and joyful with traditionally dressed attires by the attendee families with kids," resident volunteer Krishna Pavan Challa told News Shopper.
"It was certainly a big success given the Indian Community's crowd presence and the true spirit, traditions followed for the auspicious event."
Almost 110 were present to celebrate day one with home cooked food being offered by the PQ residents across the six days.
