Dartford crossing traffic caused by border delays could cause fuel shortages in the event of a no-deal Brexit according to a Government report.
The Yellowhammer document, which has been released by No. 10 following new legislation passed by MPs, has drawn up a "worst-case scenario" outcome for if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.
The report, dated August 2, reads: "Regional traffic disruption caused by border delays could affect fuel distribution within the local area, particularly if traffic queues in Kent block the Dartford crossing, which would disrupt fuel supply in London and the south-east."

Other potential issues mentioned in the report include rioting and protesting which could "absorb significant amounts of police resource."
No. 10 has insisted the issues mentioned in the report are "reasonable worse case planning assumptions."
