Planned engineering works will affect commuters relying on Southeastern trains this weekend.

On Saturday, August 31, buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Orpington. This is because of work taking place between Hither Green and Chislehurst.

Routes heading to and from London Charing Cross, London Cannon Street and London Victoria will also be affected.

Services between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks and between London Cannon Street and Orpington will not run.

On the Hayes line trains between Victoria and Orpington will be changed and will stop additionally at Lewisham.

Trains from London Cannon Street and Hayes will be cancelled.

On Sunday, September 1, we will see more disruption because of engineering works between London Victoria and Denmark Hill / Herne Hill.

Engineering work between Tunbridge Wells and Battle will also cancel trains along with planned work between Slade Green and Dartford.

Services to and from London Victoria will not run. Additional trains will run between London Charing Cross and Slade Green via Bexleyheath.

Services between London Charing Cross and Gravesend will not operate. Additional services will run to Slade Green via Woolwich instead, and will connect to a replacement bus to Gravesend.

Southeastern trains between London Victoria and Dartford will be cancelled.

Replacement buses will be available between Slade Green and Gravesend and Sidcup and Dartford.
