Police responding to a "disturbance" in Plumstead this afternoon have reported one man suffering from a facial injury.
A Met spokesman has said: "Police were called at approximately 15:10hrs on Wednesday, August 21 to reports of a disturbance on Bloomfield Road at the junction with Raglan Road, SE18.
"Officers attended. A man, aged in his late 50s, was treated by the London Ambulance Service for facial injuries.
"A second man, aged 43, was taken to hospital as a precaution. He has since been discharged.
"There have been no arrests and enquiries continue."
