Two men have been arrested and both are in hospital after a fight in Welling.
Officers were called to Welling High Street last night (August 19) at around 9.45pm.
Emergency services attended and found a man, in his 20s injured after falling on to railings when he attempted to flee the scene.
Social media reports say that the man was impaled on the fence when trying to climb over it.
The London Ambulance Service were called and he was taken to a south London hospital.
His injuries are non-life threatening.
A short time later police were informed that a man, also in his 20s had attended hospital with assault injuries.
Both men who remain in hospital have been arrested on suspicion of public order offences.
Enquiries continue.
