Police remain on the hunt for a third suspect after a man was left in life-threatening condition after being stabbed.

Officers were called to Busby Way, near Greenwich Ikea on August 17 to reports of three men fighting.

London Ambulance and London Air Ambulance also attended and found two men in their twenties with stab wounds.

The first man rushed to hospital, was initially in critical condition, although it is now not life threatening but he remains in hospital.

The second man was also taken to hospital where his condition was not life threatening.

Both men were arrested on suspicion of affray and the second victim is currently in custody at a south London police station.

Enquires are now ongoing to find a third suspect.

On Sunday (August 18) Ikea tweeted: "We are aware of a serious incident that took place outside the Greenwich store.

"The store was closed last night as a precautionary measure and we are fully cooperating with the police whilst they carry out their investigation.

They then apologised for any inconvenience caused.
